Based on availability, all in stock items are shipped within 2 business days. For items that are out of stock, they will be shipped in 5 to 10 business days. Lullaby Lane can ship anywhere in the continental United States. All damages and shipment errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Return Shipping Costs
If the reason for return is not a result of Lullaby Lane’s error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

After your order has been processed, an email will be sent with the confirmation of your shipment. This email will include the carrier information and the tracking number. You can track the status of your package through the carrier website.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.
