Return Policy

At Lullaby Lane customer satisfaction is our top priority as we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns or exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of your purchase with an original receipt. Refunds on returns may be issued in the original form of payment. Exceptions may apply for purchases over $100.00 (example: customer pays cash for a stroller. The retail store has limited cash on hand; we may need to write a check to the customer on next business day or they may choose to receive a gift card instead).

Lullaby Lane reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing a return.

All "Warehouse Sales", "Close-Outs" and "Clearance" purchases are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with all tags and or instructions. Clothing items must not have been worn, washed or altered, and all tags must be attached.

Any items purchased on sale can receive store credit.

Per our Healthcare Accreditation, personal use items or products in contact with your skin, such as nursing bras, toilet training products, etc. are not returnable due to hygienic issues. Bath and body products, including soaps, shampoos, hair brushes, etc. are not returnable after they have been opened.

Breast pumps, bottles and other feeding equipment are returnable if the factory seal is not broken.

Returns without a Receipt

Any return or exchanges that does not have a receipt should have a Lullaby Lane bar code on the product and we must be able to retrieve the receipt from the Point Of Sale system.

If the bar code is missing or the receipt is irretrievable, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be accepted.

Returns from the Gift Registry

Exchanges or store credit will be gladly made and accepted within 30 days of the shower date. Any exchange that does not have a receipt must have Lullaby Lane’s bar code on the product or we must be able to retrieve the receipt from the Point of Sale system. If the bar code is missing or the receipt is irretrievable, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be permitted.
