On September 27, 1947, newlyweds Rosalie and Harold Gevertz opened Lullaby Lane. At that time they had one employee and 2,000 square feet. Now 60 years later we have over 60 sales associates and over 20,000 square feet. We are operated by the second generation of the Gevertz Family: Debbie Gevertz-Licolli and Barry Gevertz.

Our philosophy is to provide "old fashioned" customer service while at the same time offering our customers the largest selection of quality and competitively priced merchandise.

Today, Lullaby Lane is known throughout the San Francisco Bay Area as the most complete Baby and Kid's Superstore! We've been voted repeatedly by the San Mateo Times Newspaper Poll as the best baby store in San Mateo County.
